Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges only. You can select a piece that is equivalent to the purchase price of your original item.

Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Items

Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or faulty. All refunds are provided as store credit in the form of a London's Closet Boutique digital gift card, which never expires.

30-Day Exchange Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or report a damaged/faulty item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at info@londonsclosetboutique.com to start an exchange or report a damaged/faulty item. If your request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).

EU Customers Only – Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The following policy applies exclusively to customers located in the European Union. Customers located outside the EU, including those in the United States, are subject to our standard no-return policy.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@londonsclosetboutique.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., a letter sent by email). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Final sale items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
